On July 6th, 2008 Mr. X received another message from Cayla. It was sent through an IM service. The i.d. for Mr. X is cmorin, the alias he's used from the start. Cayla has wasted some very precious time. According to his response I don't suspect he is about to start negotiating. How did Cayla get this user i.d.? Did he make first contact? Was this the method of their last correspondence? All we know is Cayla has wasted some very precious time.

"King Croc best wishes for Butterbear" - The Butterbear kidnapping might have ties to an unsolved death of a wuzzle from almost 20 years ago.
In 1991 the tragic death of Brat, reformed sidekick of King Croc, was suspected to be a well thought out suicide. But with the recent abduction of Butterbear and the public release of the terrifying ransom video some are saying that both are related.
When asked for comment King Croc had this to say "He was a great friend and underling. Now with the abduction of Butterbear i now realize that the self-inflicted limb-severing suicide of my friend might not have been a suiside at all. There are too many simalarities in the two cases."
King Croc then, with eyes full of tears, called off the interview.
Our investigators also reached out to one of Brat's former friends, Flizard. When asked about his friends tragic death he said this "He was my best friend. Before his death he was sober for a year and he had just bought a new house, he started showering... he was in a good place in life. I never thought it was a suicide. I truly believe this Mr. X is behind all of this. He really is a sick (Explative Deleted)."
Although Brat's friends see a link between these two situations others don't. Another Wuzzle, Rhinokey, Does not believe what Croc had to say. "Croc is a Crock!" Says Rhinokey.
Maybe what Croc is saying is true, that the self-inflicted dismemberment of Brat and the abduction of Butterbear are related. If that is the case, we have a sick sick man terrorizing the land of WUZ.
